How to Apply Online for FCI AGM 2022 Recruitment?

Candidates can only apply online for the FCI AGM exam online.  The online application process consists of mainly three processes:

• Online Registration
• Scanning and Uploading of Relevant Documents and Photograph
• Payment of Fee

FCI AGM – Online Registration

Following are the steps to register online for the FCI AGM exam 2022.

• Go to the official site and click on the ‘APPLY ONLINE’ option. This will open a new window.
• To register, click on the ‘Click here for New Registration.’ Enter your name and contact details (email address and mobile number) in the provided fields.
• A Provisional Registration ID and Password will be created for you will be sent to your registered email address and phone number. Note these details down as they will come in handy later.
• Use the ID and password to log in to your account and start filling out all your details in the form.
• In case you are not able to complete your form in one go, there is an option to ‘Save and Next.’ Click on it so you will not lose your progress and will still have it the next time you log in.
• Always click on ‘Save and Next’ before moving to the next part of the form and before Submitting.
• Make sure the spelling of your name and your father’s or husband’s names are correct.
• Then you will be asked to upload your photograph and signature in the form. These will have to be of certain dimensions.
• Be very careful of the details you are filling and verify them at least twice before clicking on ‘Submit.’ You can preview the form before you submit it by clicking on ‘Preview.’ You can modify the details before submitting in case of any errors or mistakes.
• After clicking on ‘Final Submit’ there will be an option to pay the fee.
• After paying the fee, click on ‘Submit’ and your application process will be complete.

FCI AGM – Photograph and Signature Dimensions

• The photograph must be a scanned copy of your passport size photograph. It should be coloured and the file size should be 20-50 kb. The dimensions should be 200×300 pixels.
• The signature must be a scanned copy of your own signature or the left thumb impression. They should not be capitals. The dimensions should be 140×60 pixels and the file size should not be more than 20 kb.
• The file type for both photograph and signature should be jpg or jpeg only.

FCI AGM Online Application Fee

Candidates who wish to appear for the FCI AGM recruitment 2022 have to pay the requisite application fee in order to get the application form accepted. FCI application fee varies for every category. Documents Required to Apply Online for FCI AGM

Candidates need to assemble the following document before they start filling up the FCI AGM application form:

• Educational records.
• Scanned copy of photograph and signature.
• Any other category certificate, if any.
• Scanned copy of a handwritten self-declaration by the candidate.

FCI AGM Handwritten Declaration

The text for the FCI AGM handwritten declaration is as follows –

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Note: –

• The Handwritten declaration should not be written in CAPITAL LETTERS otherwise it shall not be accepted.
• The applicant has to write the declaration in English clearly on white paper with black or blue ink.
• The handwritten declaration should be of the applicant and not by any other person.
• Hand written Declaration file type should be: jpg / jpeg
• Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
• File Size: 50 KB – 100 KB
