• Candidate for Assistant General Manager (Technical) must have a B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized university with a minimum score of 55 percent. Or a B.Tech or B.E degree in Food Science from a recognized university/an institution approved by the AICTE with a minimum of 55 percent marks, or a B.Tech or B.E degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Technology, or Food Processing Technology from a recognized university/an institution approved by the AICTE with a minimum of 55 percent marks.
• Associate membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, or The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is required for the position of Assistant General Manager (Accounts).
• For the position of Assistant General Manager (Law), the candidate must have a full-time law degree from a recognized university/institute and at least 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in civil issues, representing his clients in at least three cases each year.
