PNB SO Bank Salary Details

Basic Salary of each post under PNB SO recruitment has been specified by the bank. Check Basic pay with allowed increments on a timely basis. Candidates will be eligible for the increments as per the rule in force. Check PNB SO Salary Details.

1. Manager (Risk): According to the official notification the basic pay will be 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950. Candidates will be eligible for timely increments. The highest basic pay after increments will be 45950.

2. Manager (Credit): The basic pay of Manager (Credit) as mentioned in the official notification PDF is 31705. Candidates will be eligible for the other benefits as per the banking rule.

3. Manager (Treasury): According to the official notification the basic pay will be 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950. Candidates will be eligible for timely increments and other benefits like DA, CCA, HRA, Etc. The highest basic pay after increments will be 45950.

4. Manager (Law): Candidates selected as Manager in-law category will get basic pay of Rupees 31705. He will also be eligible to get other perks and benefits as per the bank rule. The highest basic pay for this category after increments will be 45950.

5. Manager (Architect): According to the official notification the basic pay will be 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950. Candidates will be eligible for timely increments. The highest basic pay after increments will be 45950 exclusives of other benefits.

6. Manager (Civil):  According to the official notification the basic pay will be 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950. Candidates will be eligible for timely increments and other benefits like DA, CCA, HRA, Etc. The highest basic pay after increments will be 45950.

7. Manager (Economic): Economic manager will be entitled to get basic pay of rupees 31705 with timely increments. After a few years, he will get basic pay of rupees 45950 with some other benefits including DA, CCA, HRA, etc.

8. Manager (HR): Candidates selected as Manager (HR) category will get basic pay of Rupees 31705. He/She will also be eligible to get other perks and benefits as per the bank rule. The highest basic pay for this category after increments will be 45950.

9. Senior Manager (Risk): He will get a basic pay of rupees 42020 along with several perks and other benefits. Selected candidates apart from the basic pay will also be given DA, HRA, CCA and other benefits as per rule in force.

10. Senior Manager (Credit): He will get a basic pay of rupees 42020 along with several perks and other benefits. Selected candidates apart from the basic pay will also be given DA, HRA, CCA and other benefits as per rule in force. He will get the highest basic pay of rupees 51490 after increments exclusive of mentioned benefits.

PNB SO Eligibility Criteria

All the candidates who wish to apply for PNB SO recruitment 2020 must fulfil all the required eligibility conditions failing in which may lead to cancellation of the application. Check Age limit, educational qualification and other details as required by the bank to be fulfilled by the candidates.

1. He must be a citizen of India.

AGE, EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND POST QUALIFICATION WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Manager (Risk):  Essential:-Bachelor/Masters in Math/ Statistics/ Economics/ or FRM/ PRM/ DTIRM/ MBA (Finance)*/ CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ PGPBF minimum of 60% in aggregate.

Desirable:-
1.Certificate Examination in Risk in Financial Service, IIBF
2.Certification Course in Risk Management, NIBM

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of postqualification experience in Banks/PSU/Corporate High-Value Credit/ NBFC.

2. Manager Credit: Essential:-CA/ICWA/MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute.* minimum of 60% in aggregate.

Desirable:-Certificate in Commercial Credit, Moody‟s Analytics.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of postqualification experience in Banks/PSU/Corporate High-Value Credit/ NBFC.

3. Manager Treasury: Essential:-MBA-Finance or equivalent from a recognized university/institute/CA/ ICWA/CFA/CAIIB/Diploma in Treasury Management/ PGPBF minimum of 60% in aggregate.

Desirable:-
1. Certificate Treasury Dealer Course, IIBF.
2. Certificate Course in Treasury Management, NIBM

Experience Required: Minimum 1-year experience as an officer in banking in Treasury of a Bank.OR Minimum 1-year experience of working with a primary dealer.

4. Manager Law: Graduate with a degree in law or law graduate, a minimum of 60% in aggregate, who has passed 05 years integrated course from the university recognized by the Govt. of India.

Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years:- As Law Officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Bank/State or Central Govt./PSU

5. Manager Architect: i)Bachelor Degree in Architecture from a University recognized by Govt. of India/ Approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies, with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
ii) Must have valid registration of Council of Architecture.
iii) Must have knowledge of Auto CAD & should be conversant with Govt guidelines pertaining to procurement of works, goods & services.

Experience Required: Minimum 1-year experience in planning, designing and supervising the execution of multi-storied Commercial/Institutional/ Residential projects along with interiors, in Government/Semi-Government Departments or Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings.

6. Manager Civil: B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from a University recognized by Govt. of India/ Approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies, with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Construction/ Maintenance of multistoried Commercial/ Residential buildings in Government/ Semi-Government Departments or Institutions / Public Sector Undertakings/ Listed corporate or its subsidiaries/ group companies.

7. Manager HR: 02 years full time (not through Distance Mode of Education) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/HR/ HRD/ HRM/ Labour Law with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate*

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience as an officer, in the field of HR in Scheduled Commercial Banks/PSUs/ Central or State Govt. Departments/listed Corporate Entity (with manpower of over 2000 employees).

8. Manager Economic: Post Graduate Degree in Economics with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate OR equivalent CGPA from the university recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience as an officer, in Scheduled Commercial Banks/PSUs/ Central or State Govt. Departments/ listed Corporate Entity.

9. Senior Manager Risk: Essential:-Bachelor/Masters in Math/ Statistics/ Economics/ or FRM/ PRM/ DTIRM/ MBA (Finance)*/ CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ PGPBF minimum of 60% in aggregate.
Desirable:-
1.Certificate Examination in Risk in Financial Service, IIBF

PNB SO Selection Procedure 2020

Selection of the candidates will be done through online test and/or interview. Candidates required to appear in the online objective test which may be followed by the interview round or there will be the only interview for shortlisting the candidates for Specialist Officer post.
