The title “Ghazi” was originally used by the Mughal emperor Babar. His writings were in Turkish. Through his father and mother, respectively, he was descended from Timur and Genghis Khan. The period of small kingdoms ended due to his expensive war strategies, which included powerful weaponry which these smaller nations could not afford.
