NVS Smart Strategy TGT & PGT Tips: NVS stands for Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (An Autonomous Body Under the Ministry of Education) Government of India. NVS Section-wise Preparation Strategy 2023
1. General English: English section is the most important section for the NVS exam but many students always face difficulty in attempting the English section. If you are weak or average in this section, then make a habit of practising English questions regularly. Just plan your schedule to cover all the important topics.

6. Teaching Methodology: It is one of the most straightforward sections of the NVS Exam. All you need to cover are Concepts, and theories to score maximum marks (13+) in this section, For good effects in this section make a habit of practising regularly. 7. NVS Syllabus for Concerned Subjects: In this section, candidates ask questions about the chosen subject. It is one of the easiest sections of the NVS Exam because everyone studied their chosen subject at graduation level so in this section you can score well. For good marks in this section make a habit of practising regularly.
Note: NVS is an offline exam (pen and paper) and the total time of the test is 150 minutes. There is no negative marking but candidates should not attempt the questions in a hurry as they might lose out on marks this way. There is a total of 5 sections in the exam and each correct answer will get one mark. Try and solve the questions that you know for sure first so that you increase your confidence and secure some marks easily. If you don’t know an answer, use the elimination method to eliminate the incorrect answers and you will be closer to finding the correct answer.
Some General Tips to Crack NVS TGT & PGT 2023
Here are some common tips for passing the NVS TGT and PGT 2023 exams:
- Prepare a proper study strategy, and plan it every day of it. Follow the plan religiously.
- Update yourself with all the news around you. Monthly editions are not enough, watch the news for at least 30 minutes each day.
- General knowledge is the most versatile section of all you need to know everything around you such as recent happenings in Science and Technology, Politics, sports, geography, the world, etc.
- Time your mock tests. That will help you during the examination.
- Time your calculations as well; work on increasing your speed.
- Stay in a positive mind frame; keep yourself motivated all the time.
- Take good care of your health. Be healthy mentally as well as physically; it will help you stay one step forward more than everybody else.
