RSMSSB Rajasthan VDO Salary 2021 as per Latest Pay Scale

Rajasthan VDO salary is fixed according to pay matrix level-6 by the state government of Rajasthan.

When a candidate is assigned to a Rajasthan Government Department as a Gram Vikas Adhikari (VDO), will serve as a probationary trainee for two years. The candidate is paid a set monthly remuneration of Rs. 15100 (Fifteen Thousand One Hundred) for this probationary term. Aside from the Rs. 15100 per month, no further allowances would be paid during the probation term, such as DA, HRA, and so on. Candidates would, however, be awarded leave and other perks as per Rajasthan service norms.

Rajasthan VDO Salary After the Probation Period

Following the probationary term, the newly appointed candidate will be assigned to the position of VDO.

He receives a paycheck based on Level 6 of the Rajasthan 7th pay matrix, which equates to Rate Band PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs. 2400. Rajasthan VDO’s starting base pay is Rs. 5200, with grade pay of Rs. 2400. (existing grade pay no. 9A). According to Rajasthan’s 7th Pay Matrix, this equates to Rs. 21500.

After multiple years of service, the maximum basic pay for Gram Vikas Adhikari is Rs. 68000. Candidates, on the other hand, are promoted to higher positions based on their qualifications and experience.
