A candidate who wants to pursue M.Tech must have a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks or first class in the qualifying degree, fulfilling characteristic conditions of M.Tech. admission eligibility criteria for various disciplines, as indicated below.   • A candidate with an MCA from a recognized Institution and a valid GATE score in C.S.

EE/ ECE Eligibility Criteria For M.Tech Admission

Both Electrical and Electronics branches are eligible for M.Tech. admission for the various M.Tech courses in these branches due to the common syllabus.
