The conducting authority has already announced the GATE EE result date. According to the schedule, IIT Kanpur will release the GATE EE Result 2023 on its official notification on 16 March 2023. Below mentioned are some of the important dates related to the exam.

When the GATE EE Result will be announced, the candidates must ensure that all the details mentioned on the result are correct otherwise, the candidate must contact the conducting authority in case of any discrepancy. GATE EE Marks and Scores are two separate things. Marks will be considered out of 100 total marks, whereas the score will be out of 1000 after normalization. Raw marks are used for calculations. Normalization is done based on assumptions. IIT Kanpur will release a paper-wise qualifying GATE cut-off 2023 along with the result. In the case of multi-session papers, the actual marks obtained are normalized for a subject. So, normalized scores for multi-session papers and actual scores for single-session papers are used to derive the final score.

GATE EE Cut Off Marks is based on several criteria that impact the cut-off marks, either directly or indirectly, causing them to fluctuate. The following are some of the determinants in greater depth:

• The GATE EE Exam difficulty level: The paper's difficulty directly impacts the GATE Electrical Engineering Cut Off marks. When the paper is difficult, the cutoffs will likely be lower because the average score will be lower. 
• The number of seats available: Every institute, including IITs and NITs, has its own admissions capacity. The greater the number of seats available, the more likely the cutoffs will be lowered, allowing more individuals to apply.
• Candidates category: Reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, and PWD allow for cut-off relaxation, meaning that applicants in these categories will have lower cut-offs than candidates in the general or unreserved categories.
• The total number of admission applications: The total number of applications relates to the number of applications submitted for admission into an institute. The greater the number of applications, the more difficult the competition will become; thus, the GATE EE Cut-off marks will rise.
