On the basis of caste, Reservation shall be granted solely to those who have a permanent residency in Bihar, i.e. those who are Bihar residents.

• It is required that you produce your Caste certificate, Domicile certificate, and Non-creamy layer certificate if you belong to the backward caste or most backward caste groups.
• If all of the certifications relating to the above reservation are not submitted in their original form at the time of the interview, the reservation will be invalid.
• If you are applying under the disability criteria, you must include a copy of the Disability Certificate issued by the competent authorities in the appropriate forms. Otherwise, the benefit of reservation does not apply to people who are disabled.
• You cannot change your reservation category during the ongoing process of appointment.
