Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) has released notification for a total of 196 vacancies for the post of Junior Engineer (JE) Trainee in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Instrumentation, and Computer Science branches. Only diploma candidate are eligible for this post and after their appointment as UPRVUNL JE, they will be given a salary as per the 7th pay band. This is a wonderful opportunity to have a bright future in one of the government organisation, the competition will be of the top-notch level and so the best strategy and planning should be adopted for the preparation of the exam.
In this article, we are going to cover the detailed syllabus of the RVUNL JE exam. Since the official syllabus is not yet declared by the UPRVUNL, we are proving the general syllabus for the exam considering the previous paper pattern and syllabus. So that you can start your preparation for the exam. Once the official syllabus is declared by the officials, we will update it here.
The benefit of going through syllabus are as follow :
- Proper planning and strategy can only be prepared once you are completely aware of the syllabus.
- The different exam has a different syllabus, so once you are targeting any exam you must be very clear about what to study and what not to.
- Proper utilisation of time can be done by avoiding the waste of time on the topics which are useless from the exam point of view.
- Covering the topics which are additionally added to the syllabus, which will help you to take lead over the other candidate.
Exam Pattern :
The exam consists of 200 questions, consisting of 2 parts I & II.
- Part I: 150 Questions of Diploma Engineering questions in the relevant discipline
- Part II: 50 questions consisting of
a) General Hindi b) Reasoning c) General Knowledge
- The CBT will consist of Objective Type Questions
- Each question will carry 1 Mark for correct answer & for every wrong answer, 0.25 Marks will be deducted.
