RSMSSB JE 2021 Exam Day Instructions: The RSMSSB JE exam is scheduled for 12th September 2021, Sunday. RSMSSB has issued the exam guidelines for the written exam along with the admit card. As the RSMSSB JE civil exam is being held in COVID 19 pandemic, therefore, it is important that you are completely aware of the instructions released by RSMSSB.

RSMSSB JE 2021 Exam Day Instructions: The RSMSSB JE exam is scheduled for 12th September 2021, Sunday. RSMSSB has issued the exam guidelines for the written exam along with the admit card. As the RSMSSB JE civil exam is being held in COVID 19 pandemic, therefore, it is important that you are completely aware of the instructions released by RSMSSB.

List of items to Carry for RSMSSB JE Exam 

Here is a list of documents that you must carry while appearing for the RSMSSB JE exam. No other items except the ones listed below will be allowed inside the exam hall. 

  • Print out of the RSMSSB JE admit card 2021
  • One colored passport-size photograph.
  • A valid ID card proof, such as Voter ID, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, etc
  • A blue/black ballpoint pen

RSMSSB JE Admit Card 2021: Important Instructions

  • Applicants are required to report to the RSMSSB JE testing centre at least 1hour 30 minutes before the start of the test so that it is easy during the frisking of the candidates. 

  • Make sure that you do not wear wristwatch while appearing for the RSMSSB JE exam. 
  • Eligible candidates will not be allowed to enter the testing center within 15 minutes of the start of the test.

  • Applicants must bring a copy of the downloaded consent card and proof of ID such as Aadhar card, Pan card, driver's license, Voter ID etc.

  • Applicants who do not have their photos printed on the consent card must bring a certified photo to the institution. Applicants will be required to show a photo consent card with the image at the testing center.

  • Applicants should not carry items such as electronic devices, calculators, paper etc.

  • Applicants are advised to follow the COVID 19 guidelines by maintaining social distance.

  • Applicants must carry their masks, gloves, clear water bottle and hand sanitisers

  • Applicants must adhere strictly to the prescribed period of time.

Dress Code for RSMSSM JE Exam

  • Male candidates are required to wear half sleeves and sleeper  and come to the exam centre
  • Female candidates are required to wear a simple salwar suit and sleeper and have a simple band in their hair and come to the exam centre.
  • Candidates are not allowed to wear any kinds of full sleeves clothes, kurta, Kurti etc and no shoes, cap, scarf etc are allowed.
  • You must come wearing slippers to the RSMSSB JE exam. 
  • Candidates are not allowed to wear any kind of heavy ornaments such as earrings, bracelets, nosering, rings, wristwatches, etc and come to the exam centre.
  • In case of any disputes regarding the dress code, the decision of the exam centre authority will be final.

COVID-19 Specific RSMSSM JE Exam Day Guidelines

  • Thermal testing will be mandatory for all the candidates, hence, all the candidates are required to cooperate.

  • Staff with Thermo Guns will be present at the entrance gate.

  • All baptismal candidates with temperatures> 99.14 will be referred to the isolation area for testing.

  • Applicants must adhere to Social Distancing Practices.

  • Three-ply masks and gloves will be provided to candidates.

  • Applicants must follow the instructions given to the guardian inside the examination hall.
