MPSC CDPO 2021 Selection Process

• The MPSC, in two phases, conducts the MPSC CDPO 2021 examination. The first phase is a written examination of 200 marks. 
• The format of the written examination consists of objective type.
• The second stage of the exam is the personality test (Interview)

Stages of Examination/ परीक्षेचे टप्पे

Broadly, MPSC conducts the MPSC CDPO examination 2021 in two phases, namely:

1. लेखी परीक्षा/Written Examination -200 Marks
2. मुलाखत/Interview - 50 Marks
3. कागदपत्र पडताळणी/Document Verification

Eligible candidates for all rounds are recommended to apply as Child Development Officer. Each round is an elimination round, so you must be eligible to attend the next round.

MPSC CDPO Exam Pattern 2021

• MPSC CDPO written examination consists of one paper only, namely General Studies.
• The MPSC CDPO written exam is for a total of 200 marks in which a total of 100 questions are asked, i.e. in the written exam, each question is of two marks.
• The questions in the written exam are multiple-choice questions
• The total duration of the examination is 60 minutes.
• The exam is available in both English and Marathi languages

Important Note:

• The marks obtained in the General Studies Paper determine your selection for the MPSC CDPO Interview Exam.
•  This means that your mark in the general studies paper will be considered for the cut-off of the written test.
• In addition, there is negative marking for incorrect answers.
• 1/4 of the marks given for the question will be deducted as a penalty for marking the wrong answer.
• However, if you do not try the question, there will be no deduction. Therefore, you should only take calculated risks when marking suspicious questions.
• लेखी परीक्षा मुलाखतीस पात्र उमेदवारांची संख्या मर्यादित करण्याकरता घेण्यात येते.
• The written test is conducted to limit the number of eligible candidates for the interview.

MPSC CDPO 2021 Interview Process

• लेखी परीक्षा झाल्यानंतर एमपीएससी कडून त्यांच्या अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावर लेखी परीक्षेचा कट ऑफ जाहीर करण्यात येईल या कटॉप मिळवणाऱ्या उमेदवारांना मुलाखतीसाठी बोलावले जाते.
• The interview process is for 50 Marks.
• After the written test, the cut-off marks will be announced by the MPSC on their official website. Candidates who get the cut off marks are called for an interview.
• Candidates who qualify for the interview must submit all the original certificates at the time of the interview. Candidates should note that if the original certificates are not submitted at the time of the interview or if they are not suitable, the interview will be refused.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring, carry or use mobile phones or any other type of electronic or communication devices in the office of the Commission, in the examination room, in the premises of the examination center, and during the interview.
• For recruitment through competitive examination, candidates will be selected approximately three times of the total number of posts mentioned in the advertisement/notification of the examination and will be called for interview.
