The Maharashtra Public Service Commission conducts a combined examination every year for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police, Assistant Section Officer, and State Tax Inspector in the Group B category of the State Government of Maharashtra.

MPSC Combined 2022 Eligibility Criteria/ शैक्षणिक अर्हता

Those wishing to apply for the MPSC Combined Recruitment Process for 2022 must meet all the requirements under the MPSC Combined Qualification to avoid rejection of their application.
Degree from the recognized university or any other similar qualification declared by the Maharashtra Government.
Candidates appearing for the degree examination will be temporarily eligible for the joint pre-examination. Provided that the candidates eligible for admission to the main examination for the respective cadre based on the result of the joint pre-examination will have to pass the degree examination by the last date prescribed for accepting the application for the main examination of the respective cadre.
Knowledge of the Marathi language is required.

For Men:

Height- 165 cm
Chest- 79 cm

For Women:

Height- 157 cm

MPSC Combined Recruitment 2022: Age Limit

MPSC Combined Exam age limit 2022 includes minimum age and maximum age for all the different categories of applicants.

For the ASO Post: the candidate should be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 43 years
For the STI Post: the candidate should be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 43 years
For the PSI Post: the candidate should be a minimum of 19 years and a maximum of 34 years

MPSC Combined Selection Process 2022

The MPSC Combined Selection process includes the following stages.

Prelims (1 paper - 100 marks)
Mains (2 papers - 400 marks)
Physical test and interview (for PSI only)

A different result of the pre-examination for all 4 categories will be declared based on the common pre-examination by determining the number of candidates to be eligible for the main examination of the respective cadre based on the option given while applying for the MPSC Combined prelims.

MPSC Combined 2022 Exam Pattern

MPSC Combined Prelims is a type of paper that is objective of 100 marks.
The examination will be conducted in both Marathi and English.
For each incorrect answer, a 1/4th mark will be deducted.
