  • The screening test includes two stages: the Written Test and the Physical Test. The written exam is conducted for 100 marks, and the physical test is conducted for 50 marks comprising of long-run, short-run and shot put.

  • The candidates are called for the Physical Test in the ratio of 1:10 for the number of vacancies advertised in the respective categories.

    e.g., If there are five vacancies in the respective category, then 5X10 = 50 candidates will be called for that category.

  • The written test is divided into four segments with equal weightage. Each question carries one mark, and 100 questions are to be attempted in 90 mins (1 hr 30 mins).   • As per the recent government announcement, there are nearly 12,000+ vacancies to be filled by the police Department. These vacancies will be phased in a phased manner.

  • The Maharashtra Police Exam Notification is soon to be released. The exam is held in all the major districts of the State. And the district names are mentioned in the Notification. The exam pattern varies as specific questions from that district are asked.
