Each candidate’s XAT Score is calculated on the basis of raw scores obtained by the candidates in each section. For each right answer, +1 mark is awarded, and for each wrong answer, - 0.25 marks are deducted in this exam. However, in case a candidate has skipped 8 consecutive questions, -0.10 marks will be deducted. XAT Result 2023 will be based on the below scoring pattern. The total of marks obtained by the candidates in all the sections is summed up. After that, the candidates will be ranked according to their total marks in XAT Exam. The rank is then further divided by the number of appearing candidates. Then multiplied by 100 to get the XAT Percentile Score. After the announcement of the XAT Result 2023, XLRI will announce the cut-off and percentile for MBA admission in Business Management (BM)/ PGDM and Human Resource Management (HRM) courses.
