Analyse the Previous Years’ Question Papers - 

Once you know the exam pattern and the syllabus, analyse PYQs papers. Check the topics from which more questions are asked. This way you will get the list of topics that have higher weughtage in the exam. Focus more on these topics.

According to the PYQs, the main focus seems to be on the numerical based topics like measurement and network. For power electronics you can refer to PS Bhimbra.
