DFCCIL DV Venue
All the candidates who have qualified the DFCCIL exam will be required to visit the following centre for the document verification process by 9:30 AM.
- DV Venue: DFCCIL 3rd Floor, Supreme Court Metro Station Building Complex, New Delhi 110001.
- Time: 9:30 AM
DFCCIL DV Date 2022 Instruction
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for the verification of the original document based on merit, vacancy availability, and reservation criteria.
- During document verification, candidates must present their original certificates as well as one set of attested photocopies. No additional time will be allowed, and applicants whose original certificates/testimonials are not produced on the date of verification risk having their candidature forfeited.
- Identity verification: If the candidate's identity is in doubt, he will not be allowed to appear for document verification, and his candidature will be dismissed if he is unable to show the required documents or there is a discrepancy of information in the documents.
- The appointment of successful candidates will be contingent on the verification of original documents relating to age, qualifications, caste, experience, and other factors, as well as an interview (where applicable) and a medical fitness certificate issued by the Medical Authorities in accordance with DFCCIL rules.
Documents Required for DFCCIL DV
- Date of Binh (DOB ) certificate/Matriculation certificate wherein the date of birth of candidate is recorded.
- In case of claiming age relaxation, a requisite certificate for age relaxation.
- Caste certificate in case of candidate belonging to SC, ST, OBC, or Physically Handicapped (if required)
- The candidates applied against the vacancies reserved for EWS must produce valid income and detailed Advertisement Asset Certificate for the financial year 2020-2021 certifying the " EWS " status applicable for services under the Government of India and issued by the Competent Authority.
- Certificate of graduation or diploma, as well as the year-by-year mark sheets.
- Complete your discharge book to prove your eligibility for the Ex-Serviceman category.
- If you work for the government or a government-owned company, you must have a No Objection Certificate.
- Original photo identification cards such as a voter card, a driver's license, a PAN card, a passport, or an Aadhaar card
- If an applicant claims a name change after matriculation, marriage, remarriage, divorce, or other circumstances, proper documentation will be required.
Important Guidelines for DFCCIL DV
- Throughout the DV Process, candidates must bring hand sanitizers with them and sanitize their hands periodically.
- At the entry point, all candidates will be subjected to a basic temperature screening.
- Before accessing the premises, candidates must put on masks. Candidates must wear their face masks during the DFCCIL DV Process unless they are instructed to remove them.
- The number of people who can accompany the candidates will be limited.
- To ensure safety, all applicants must download and install the 'Aarogya Setu App' on their mobile phones, which must be displayed at the door.
- If a candidate has a fever, cough, sore throat, or influenza symptoms, he or she should inform the interviewer ahead of time.
- Candidates who were infected with COVID-19 before the Document Verification date should reveal the information and bring proper medical certificates of fitness as proof.
- Candidates with underlying diseases (pregnant women, comorbid conditions, chronic disorders, etc.) should exercise special caution during Document Verification.
- Maintaining a 2-meter social distance between candidates will be required. Throughout the DFCCIL Document Verification procedure, candidates should adhere to social distance standards.
- In addition, any further guidance given by the federal or state governments as a preventive action to stop the COVID-19 pandemic from spreading.
