  1. Stage 2: It consists of the Computerized Cognitive Battery Test (CCBT) and the Picture Perception and Discussion Test (PP&DT).
  2. Stage 3: consists of a psychological test, a group task, and an interview (Personality test).
  3. Stage 4: In this stage, candidates must pass a medical exam at the base hospital in Delhi.
  4. Stage 5: In this stage, candidates who pass Stage 4 are chosen for training based on their performance in Stages 1 & 3.

Indian Coast Guard Assistant Commandant Final Selection

  • Applicants who pass the preliminary exam will be invited to the final selection round. This examination will include a psychological test, a group task, and an interview (or Personality test).
  • Applicants will be notified soon regarding the date and location of the final selection on the Indian Coast Guard's official website.
  • The final selection board will recommend candidates for medical examinations, which will be held at the nearest Military Hospital following the medical standards outlined in the current regulations governing Assistant Commandant recruitment. 

ICG Assistant Commandant Marking Scheme

  • Every correct answer will be awarded four marks each.
  • 1 negative marking will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
