UPPSC Civil Judge Eligibility 2022 Age Limit

A candidate for direct recruitment to the service must have attained the age of 22 years and must not have attained the age more than 35 years. Age relaxations for several reserved categories have been provided in the table below:

UPPSC Judicial Service Education Qualification 2022

According to the previous official notification, the following educational qualifications are required of the candidates. If there will be any change in this year's notification it will be updated here.

  • A candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized university, OR,
  • He must be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocate Act 1961, a Barrister of England or Northern Ireland, or a Member Faculty of Advocates in Scotland, with the right to practice in the Court or Courts subordinate to it. 
  • Candidates must also have a thorough understanding of the Hindi Language in Devnagari Script.

Is there any percentage required for UP Judicial Services Exam?

No, there are no such criteria for the percentage of marks in the education qualification degree. Candidates who have satisfied the minimum educational requirement for the exam can apply online.

UP Judiciary Eligibility for Marital Status 2022

Candidates who have more than one living partner are not eligible for the exam. If a man has more than one wife or a female has married a man who already has a wife is ineligible for the exam.

UPPSC PCS J Nationality 2022

The candidate must be a citizen of India to be eligible for the UP PCS J Exam. Candidates of other countries are debarred to take the exam.
