What is the salary system or scheme? Do cadets get salary yearly or for their embodiment services?
- One of the most significant things is cadets can serve for Territorial Army as per their choice in a year. If one wants to do work for three months in a year or four months etc. one can choose his time period and that time period is known as “Embodiment”.
- The salary system in the Territorial Army (TA) is simple as in the private sector one will get the salary for his work. The Territorial Army works on the same concept of “No work no money” which signifies one will only get the salary of the embodied.
- An “Embodied” is that time period when one worked for the Territorial Army. And during that particular time period, one will have to do his work. After that, he will be disembodied and can do his regular work or any professional work.
