CMAT Exam Analysis 2021: Shift 1
The overall CMAT Difficulty Level of the shift 1 Exam was moderately difficult. The aspirants need to score at least 300-320 to get the 99+ percentile. Below is the detailed analysis for each of the sections of CMAT Exam 2021 (Shift 1).
Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation
This section was slightly tougher. Out of 25 questions in total, in which there were:
- 8 questions from Arithmetic
- 5 questions from Algebra and Number System
- 3 questions from Probability and PnC
- 2 questions from Data Interpretation
Logical Reasoning
The CMAT Difficulty Level for this section was comparatively low than the other sections of CMAT 2021 Exam (Shift 1). There were

- Miscellaneous Topics: 5 questions
- 2 questions each from Blood Relation, Syllogism, Rank & Order, Set Theory
- 1 question each from Statement-Conclusion and Assertion, Odd One Out and Direction Sense

This section was comparatively tougher. A total of 25 questions were asked of which
