CAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the IIMs on a rotational basis. The CAT 2024 notification will be released in July 2024. CAT 2024 will be held on 24th November 2024. The CAT 2024 registration fees will be announced once the notification is released.

XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test)
XAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted by XLRI on behalf of XAMI. It is conducted annually. The notification for XAT 2025 will be released in July. The XAT score will be accepted by more than 160 institutes. Given below are the XAT important timelines.
Exam Pattern XAT 2025
Candidates aspiring to take the upcoming XAT 2025 exam must know the XAT Exam Pattern 2024 and the XAT 2025 syllabus. Every year the number of questions varies in XAT Question Paper. The candidates can expect the same paper pattern as that of XAT 2024 for XAT 2025.

Note: A candidate must choose any one of the three essays (arguments) and develop a coherent essay. The essay should not exceed 300 words.
- +1 Mark will be awarded for every correct answer
- -0.25 mark will be awarded for every incorrect answer
- -0.10 mark will be awarded for every unattempted question after 8 unattempted questions
- Negative marking is not applicable for General Knowledge questions.
- Essay will only be evaluated if a candidate is shortlisted for the GD – PI process at XLRI.
- PwD candidates will get extra time of 20 minutes per hour.
- The candidates can move to the next part only after completion of one part.
- PwD candidates can submit their answers at any point of time between 175 minutes to ~240 minutes for Part 1 and between 30 to 40 minutes for Part 3. So, a PwD candidate may leave the lab between 210 minutes and 280 minutes depending upon the completion time of the test.

CMAT (Common Management Admission Test)
CMAT 2024 notification is yet to be announced. CMAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) to get admission into more than 1500 colleges across the country for MBA/PGDM Degree Courses. CMAT exam consists of a section called Innovation and Entrepreneurship which any other MBA exam does not consist of.

SNAP ( Symbiosis National Aptitude Test)
SNAP 2024 notification will be released around the second last week of August 2024. It is a national-level entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed) University, Pune for candidates who aspire to pursue MBA from the 16 Symbiosis Colleges across India. The SNAP 2023 exam was conducted on 3 days - 10 December 2023, 17 December 2023, and 22 December 2023. It is expected that SNAP 2024 will follow similar pattern.

MICAT ( Mudra Institute of Communications Admissions Test) 2024-26
MICAT (MICA Admission Test) is a computer-based entrance test for admission to PGDM/PGDM-C programmes at MICA Ahmedabad. MICA conducts MICAT twice- MICAT - I and MICAT - II. Each candidate must have taken at least one of the three exams (MANDATORY): CAT/XAT/GMAT for admission to MICA PGDM-C or PGDM programs. All candidates are shortlisted based on their score in CAT/XAT/GMAT & MICAT (both groups) for Group Exercise (GE) & Personal Interview (PI).
