Reasoning Preparation Tips and Strategy for Air Force Group Y Exam

In the reasoning section of the Indian Air Force Group X & Y exam. A total of 30 questions will be asked from reasoning in the RAGA paper. They will be of 1 mark each. The questions are expected to be easy to a moderate level, so, you must set a target of scoring 20+ from this section in the Air Force Y exam. 

So, it is not a good decision to leave any topic for the Indian Air Force Group Y exam. The reasoning section can be enhanced only with regular practice. You must practice all the topics thoroughly. While preparing, you have to keep track of the following things:

  • Solve the coding and decoding questions with the timer
  • Note down the time taken for attempting the reasoning section of the paper
  • Identify your strong areas & work on your weaker areas of reasoning section
  • Practice reasoning sectional quizzes within a stipulated time (25 minutes to start with). 
  • Keep track of Speed and Accuracy. Both should be in sync.
  • While attempting the question paper always aim to maximize your attempt.
  • Always attempt easy and scoring topics first. Leave the time taking questions to be attempted at the end of the paper.
