Delhi MLA List shared here consists of the names of all the current members of the Delhi Legislative Assembly. The 7th Legislative Assembly was constituted in 2020 in which the AAP won the majority MLA seats. The tenure of the Delhi MLAs is five years unless dismissed earlier or in the case of the resignation of the MLA.

MLA in Delhi

MLAs in Delhi are a part of the unicameral legislature, the Delhi Legislative Assembly (or Delhi Vidhan Sabha). The Assembly meets at the Old Secretariat in Delhi for annual and seasonal budget meetings. The 70 Delhi MLAs are elected from the 70 constituencies through a democratic voting process conducted every five years.

The salary of MLAs in Delhi was recently hiked by the government. Earlier, the MLAs were getting a salary of ₹54,000 per month, inclusive of allowances and other benefits. After the hike of 67%, the Delhi MLA salary will be ₹90,000 per month.
