NIELIT Scientist B Merit List 2022 - Release Date, PDF Link

NIELIT Scientist B merit list 2021 will be released by the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology on their official website. The merit list will be prepared by the NIELIT authorities citing the names of the candidates who have cleared the exam. Candidates who have cleared the NIELIT Scientist B/Assistant Scientist exam can find their details in the merit list. Those candidates who do not have their names on the merit list will not be considered for the further processes and have to apply for the exam next year. Candidates can make sure that they have their name on the merit list by completely covering the NIELIT Scientist B syllabus. By keeping in mind all the important topics, candidates should follow the latest exam pattern to ensure their name on the merit list.

Once the NIELIT Scientist B merit list has been released, the candidates have to thoroughly check the merit list. If they find their name in the merit list, then the candidate has been shortlisted for the further processes. The candidates who have been shortlisted will now have to appear for the interview round followed  by the document verification round. Candidates have to clear both of these rounds to finally have the NIELIT Scentist B job.

The candidates who will find their name in the NIC Assistant Scientist merit list will be considered to be taken forward in the recruitment process. If the candidates finds its name in the merit lit for NIELIT Assistant Scientist, then they will be going to the next round which is the document verification round. Candidates have to clear the document verification round without any hindrance. Once its is done, candidates will be granted the employment as NIELIT Assistant Scientist.

• The final selection of eligible candidates for appointment to the post of Scientist ‘B’ will be based on the combined performance of the candidates both in the written examination and in interview. The weightage of marks for written examination and interview will be in the ratio of 85:15. It is mandatory for the candidtaes to appear in the interview for selection.
• Only the shortlisted candidates based on merit position and reservation policy etc. for Scientist B in the ration of 1:3 which means No.of vacancies : No. of candidates, who have qualified the written examination, will be called for interview.
•  For the selection post of Scientific Assistant ‘A’ selection will be on the basis of written test only.
• Verification of all the required documents will be done at the time of the Scientist B interview.

The salary of NIELIT Scientist B is as per Level 10. The amount paid to the employee is ₹56,100/- to ₹1,77,500/-.

The alary of NIELIT Assistant Scientist is as per Level 6. The amount paid to the employee is ₹35,400/- to ₹1,12,400/-
