There are 120 objective types of questions of 1 mark each making it a total of 120 marks. The duration of the NIELIT written exam is 3 hours. There is a negative marking of 0.25 mark for an incorrect answer.
The age limit for the post of NIELIT Scientist ‘B’and Scientific Assistant ‘A is 30 for UR/ EWS 35 for SC/ST, and 33 for OBC candidates. The age of the candidates will be calculated from 4 April 2023.
