AFCAT 1 2022 Exam Date

AFCAT 1 2022 Notification has been released by the Indian Air Force. Air Force invites online applications from young men and women of the country to be a part of the Indian Air Force as a Commissioned Officer in Flying (Pilot), Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) branches. AFCAT 1 2022 will be conducted on 12,13,14 Feb 2022.

AFCAT 1 2022 Notification Important Dates

AFCAT 1 2022 notification was released by Indian Air Force on 27th November 2021 in the employment newspaper. The exam will be conducted by the Indian Air Force on 12, 13 & 14 February 2022.

AFCAT 1 Exam Pattern 2022

The AFCAT exam consists of two papers and both are of the objective type:

  • 1. AFCAT - For Flying & Ground Duty Branch (Non- Tech)
  • 2. EKT - For Ground Duty (Technical Branch)

Marking Scheme & Standard of AFCAT

  • For every correct answer, the candidate will be awarded 3 marks
  • For every incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
  • There will be no negative marking for unattempt questions.

The Standard of questions of Numerical ability will equivalent to matriculation level. The standard of questions in other subjects will be of graduation level.

We all know that due to the current situation of Coronavirus in India, schools and colleges have been closed and all the exams have been postponed due to coronavirus scare. We need to understand that AFCAT is scheduled on 12,13&14 and will be conducted in online mode. As per the reports of various health research institutes, news agencies the situation will improve in the upcoming month. But any official notification form the Indian Airforce has not been released, due to which it is very difficult to conclude anything . AFCAT 1 has already released Admit Card for AFCAT 1 2022 so there are no chances that the exam will get postponed. So please don't get influenced by the hearsay and concentrate on your studies.
