UP Police ASI Exam Pattern 2021

UP Police ASI Exam Pattern 2021 is released by the exam conducting body Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB). The paper pattern is released in the official notification. Canddiates who are preparing for the UP ASI Exam 2021 must go through the exam pattern and understand all the details about the sections and marking scheme. 

Apply for UP Police ASI Exam 2021 from 15 May 2021 to 15 June 2021. You must also download the UP Police ASI Syllabus 2021 to note the important topics to be covered for the exam. 

The UPPRPB selects the eligibilie candidates for the UP ASI post by the following selection procedure. 

1. Online Written Exam
2. Document Verification & Physical Standard Test (PST)
3. Computer Typing Test & Stenography Test.

The written test for the UP Police ASI post follows the given exam pattern:

• There are four papers for the UP Police ASI Recruitment.
• Each section is of 100 marks.
• All the questions will be objective multiple-choice questions. 
• The marks will be normalized in case of multiple shifts.

The Exam Pattern is as Follows:

• Exam will be of Objective Type in Multiple Choice Questions format.
• Total Questions will be 200 Questions.
• Maximum Marks will be 400 Marks.
• Each part / subject will be of 100 marks as mentioned above.
• Time duration of test will be 02:30 hours (150 minutes).
• There is no negative marking for any wrong answer.

Candidates who will be taking the UP Police ASI Written Exam will have to secure the following marks to be eligible to be called for the next stage of the recruitment process.

• You will have to obtain at least 35% in each subject and 40% in aggregate.
