UPPSC GIC Lecturer Eligibility Criteria 2022: Age Limit. Qualification

UPPSC has released a recruitment notification for the post of Lecturer in the Government Inter Colleges (GIC) of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates in large numbers apply for the UPPSC Lecturer post. UPPSC GIC Lecturer Eligibility Criteria 2021

The eligibility criteria for UPPSC Lecturer 2021 must be fulfilled by every candidate applying for the post as per the notification released by the UPPSC for Lecturer. If you fill any incorrect information while filling up the online application form for UPPSC Lecturer then you will be debarred appearing in this exam as well as all other future exams and selections for five years. Hence, to avoid such disqualification, you should fulfil and furnish the eligibility criteria as per your original mark sheets and certificates.

The age limit as per the category of the candidates is as follows:

• The age limit for all the General categories of candidates is from 21 years to 40 years as on 1st July 2020.
• You must have been born before 2nd July 1980 and not later than 1st July 1990. 
• Age relaxation is applicable as per govt. Norms for UP GIC Lecturer post.
• Age relaxation is applicable for the candidates of Uttar Pradesh only.

• Male candidates who are married and have more than one wife are not eligible to apply
• Female candidates who have married a person who already has a wife are not eligible unless the Governor has granted exemption from this condition.

• Only female candidates are eligible to apply for the post of Lecturer in Home Science.
• You must furnish all the details carefully in the application form. Any incorrect information will lead to debarment from appearing in this exam as well as all other future exams and selections for five years.
• The age limit relaxation is applicable only to the candidates who have a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
• The date of birth will be recorded as per the data entered in the High School certificate.
