OAVS Salary 2022 (In hand): Salary Slip, Allowances, Perks

OAVS stands for Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan which deals with recruiting teachers in various schools in Odisha. The recruitment is done for various posts through OAVS. As soon as the salary is credited, there is a salary slip which is generated for every employee. The salary slip describes all the allowances, deductions and amount deducted due to leaves (if any) in detail which keeps the things transparent and clear. Candidates need to serve a probation period of at least 2 years to become a permanent employee in OAVS. During the probation period, the candidates are supervised and observed on their performance and conduct. The first six months are reserved for training and the rest of the probation period is is like an observation period where candidates are tested and assessed on their performance and abilities to carry out different tasks.
