DSSSB Preparation tips 2022: The Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board has released the exam calendar for teaching and non teaching positions on its website. So, it's high time to start your DSSSB exam 2022 Preparation. Here, we have compiled below the preparation strategy requires to qualify for the DSSSB exam 2022 for the posts- PRT(Primary Teacher) TGT(Trained Graduate Teacher) & PGT (Post Graduate Teacher). DSSSB PRT Preparation Strategy 2022

PRT stands for Primary Teacher, teaches classes 1st to 5th. In the DSSSB PRT, there will be 200 questions asked carrying a total of 200 marks and the time allotted will be 120 minutes. It will be conducted through Online Mode. The question paper will consist of objective-type questions & there will be two-part, Part A will be of 5 sections with 20 marks each and Part B will be of 100 marks. There will be negative markings in the exam.

Preparation Strategy:

1.Follow Syllabus- DSSSB PRT syllabus is vast candidates need to study English, Hindi Language, Reasoning, Mathematics, GK, GA, CA & CDP, Teaching Methodology, Teaching Aptitude & Attitude.

2.Refer to Previous Year Question Paper- DSSSB previous year question paper can be practiced in order to have an idea about the pattern and nature of questions asked in the exam

3. Read important books for DSSSB-

  • DSSSB PRT Exam Goalpost Solved Papers and Practice Test.
  • Kiran's DSSSB All Exams 2013-2018 Solved Paper.
  • DSSSB Prathmik Shikshak Bharti Pariksha 2017-18 Paperback in Hindi.

4. Practice Mock Test & Quizzes- Select topics from the syllabus that is a bit difficult to understand and practice questions and quizzes on them.

5. Prepare short notes- For Part B candidates can prepare short notes for the following subjects i.e. CDP, Teaching Methodology, Teaching Aptitude & Attitude.

How to Prepare for DSSSB TGT?

TGT stands for Trained Graduate Teacher and teaches classes 6th to 10th.In the DSSSB TGT, there will be 200 questions asked carrying a total of 200 marks and the time allotted will be 120 minutes. It will be conducted through Online Mode. The question paper will consist of objective-type questions & there will be two-part, Part A will be of 5 sections with 20 marks each- MCQs of one mark each as per the existing examination scheme:

1. General Awareness,
2. General Intelligence & Reasoning ability,
3. Arithmetical & Numerical Ability,
4. Test of Hindi Language & Comprehension and Part B will be of 100 marks and MCQs of one mark each from the subject concerned including questions teaching methodology/B.Ed. There will be negative markings in the exam.

How to Prepare for DSSSB PGT?

PGT stands for Post Graduate Teacher and teaches classes 11th & 12th.In the DSSSB PGT, there will be 300 questions asked carrying a total of 300 marks and the time allotted will be 180 minutes. It will be conducted through Online Mode. The question paper will consist of objective-type questions & there will be two-part, Part A will be of 5 sections with 20 marks each and Part B will be of 200 marks and includes MCQs related to Post-Graduation qualification and teaching methodology essential for the post. Negative marking will be done in the exam.

1. General English: - English section is the Important section for the DSSSB exam 2022 but many students always face difficulty in attempting the English section.
