Right Kind of Attitude for GTO Tasks in SSB

In the SSB interview, GTO is a group-based session wherein candidates, team spirit, coordination and tolerance are tested. GTO comes in stage 2 of the SSB interview after the psychology test. Presently as we are all aware of the fact that everybody has certain principal characteristics which are shown while performing these diverse sets of tasks.   1. Short temper: many candidates tend to get angry and react in an unreasonable way by not passing on any material to the other candidate or not exchanging positions  

Ø  Be a decent audience, cause others to feel similarly significant. Do not condemn other candidates’ ideas. Try not to show your short temperedness be generous in your approbation, Use encouragement. Cause the issue to appear to be anything but difficult to ad.

  1. Self-doubt: In many cases candidates are not extremely certain about their thoughts and present them reluctantly. Also, further taking weight and comprehending them in a confused way.

Ø  There are numerous characteristics being tried and one of them is certainty. So certainly, take an interest in each assignment. Try not to question your own thoughts or considerations. Continuously have a down to earth mind and a savvy instinct judgment while handling any sort of challenges whether in real life or at GTO grounds.

 

  1. Irrational actions: candidates start to panic in unfamiliar situations, for example if they are unable to understand any obstacle and forget to apply any logic to solve it.

Ø  Brain is coherent and can see the fundamentals of an issue; can organize issues to develop functional arrangements. There is no compelling reason to freeze, instead remain quiet. Try not to be irrational while performing. Continuously keep up a high vitality level and keep the environment around you merry.

  1. Poor time Management: Candidates always remain under time pressure. They again tend to panic rather than thinking logically.

Ø  Effective time management in daily life and in every task at GTO grounds is likewise significant. As the GTO continues illuminating the candidates about the time, they have  by while performing the task.
