OPSC PGT Recruitment 2021: Selection Process:
- Candidates will be selected on the basics of Career Assessment and Personality test/Interview.
- There shall be total marking of 100 marks. Out of 100 marks, the Career Assessment will be of 70 marks and Personality test/Interview will be of 30 marks.

What should be the OPSC PGT 2021 Interview Preparation Strategy?
As the interview dates for OPSC PGT 2021 will be out soon. Candidates should start their preparation to present subject knowledge in the interview. We are sharing strategy to prepare for Interview.
- Regularly attempting Interview Mock Test is necessary to score good marks in the real interview environment which will help in managing time effectively and efficiently.
- Candidates should revise the syllabus of their respective subject in order to have in-depth knowledge of their subjects. Revise all the important topics daily and memorize the concept, important theories, and formulas during revision.
- Focus on presenting skills in an interactive way in order to grab the attention of the Interviewer.
- Practicing of writing on white/black board as some times Interviewer asked candidates to write on board in order to check handwriting.
- Learn some education quotes that can be used during the Interview.
- Prepare proper Introduction speech to be used while Introducing oneself.
- Proper dress code to be followed.
