Mode of NVS Principal, TGT & PGT Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and Interview/Personal Interaction put together. However, for the post of Librarian, the selection posts will be done on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the CBT only.
- The decision of the NVS about the mode of selection or any change in the mode of selection to the notified posts and eligibility conditions of the applicants for Interview/Personal Interaction shall be final and binding.
- The centre for the CBT for the post of Principal will be in Delhi / NCR only.
- The centre for the TGT & PGT post will be from one of the three different options chosen by the candidates while filling out the form or can be anywhere in India.

NVS Principal, TGT & PGT Selection Process - Interview (Stage 2)
This is the second and the last stage for the selection of candidates for the NVS Principal, TGT & PGT posts. NVS Principal, TGT & PGT Final Selection Process
NVS prepares the final merit list of the selected candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the NVS Principal, TGT & PGT selection process written examination and interview round. The merit list is prepared based on the combined scores of the written examination and interview round. The weightage of marks obtained in the main examination is more than the weightage of marks obtained in the interview round.
The final cut-off will be released by NVS for different categories on a particular date. Those candidates who secure the final cut-off will be selected for the post of NVS Principal, TGT & PGT.
