It offers the rural population financing and other financial services. It makes sense that many young people want to work for NABARD given that it has made a name for itself in the Indian banking industry.

However, the high level of competition in the hiring process is a result of the high demand for the position. The number of openings may be small, but with the correct planning and supervision, it won't be a problem.

NABARD Grade A and NABARD Grade B are the two grades. NABARD Grade A is for Assistant Manager positions, and NABARD Grade B is for Manager positions. However, their distinctions go far beyond the jobs they hold. We have put together a guide to help you understand the distinction between NABARD Grade A and NABARD Grade B.

NABARD Grade A & B Selection Process

As previously noted, recruiting is for officers at various levels of the managerial hierarchy for NABARD Grades A and B. Officers in Grade B are ranked one step above those in Grade A & when promoted, Grade A officers become Grade B officers. The NABARD Grade B exam has a wider age range (21–35 years) than Grade A because it is for a higher rank.

Although a graduate degree in any discipline is the prerequisite for both Grades A and B, Grade A only needs to qualify with 50% of the required marks, while Grade B needs 60%. The NABARD Grade A test contains two papers in Phase 2 while the NABARD Grade B exam has three papers in Phase 2, even though the overall exam structure is the same for both exams. Review the comprehensive schedule for each paper here. Both tests have different weightings for the interview session.
