Is NCERT the key to crack Defence Exams?

The CBSE syllabus is designed in such a manner that it asks a student to cover these subjects holding vast depth of knowledge to cover in Class VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII. These books ensure every student in rural or urban region has access to in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals but at the same time majority of the questions which appear in Defence exams comes from the fundamental topics which are covered in these NCERT Textbooks.

So, what should be the right approach?

• Should we follow NCERT Syllabus or Should we not follow NCERT Syllabus for all our upcoming CDS, AFCAT, CAPF & other Defence Exams?
