(1) Plebiscite

Meaning: the direct vote of all the members of an electorate on an important public question such as a change in the constitution

Usage: The administration will hold a plebiscite for the approval of constitutional reforms.

(2) Unconscionable

Meaning: lacking a sense of right conduct

Usage: He was very hurt by the unconscionable behavior of his son.

(3) Prescience

Meaning: The power to foresee the future

Usage: With extraordinary prescience, Jung actually predicted the Nazi eruption.

(4) Circumspect

Meaning: wary and unwilling to take risks

Usage: The officials were very circumspect in their statements.

Meaning: sail all the way around (something, especially the world).
