As per the latest updates on salary details, the 3rd Grade teachers will get a salary of Rs. 23,700/-. The current salaries are based on the pay scale devised by the Government in the year 2017. The REET Basic Pay is formulated as per the 10th Level of the Pay Matrix. This was decided in the 7th Pay Commission.

The 3rd Grade teachers will have to face a probation period of two years after the selection process gets over. However, if you are appointed in this post, you will receive only the REET Basic Pay during this period. After the confirmation of the position and employment, you will start to receive the full salary as per the 10th Level of the Pay-scale matrix. In case there are any revisions in the REET Salaries 2022, the Board will intimate the same through publishing it in an appropriate notification.
Besides the attractive salary, as a 3rd Grade teacher, you will also get various allowances. Along with the REET Basic Pay, every recruited teacher will be entitled to several perks. As per the REET Salaries 2022, the following allowances are given to the selected candidates.
You will find a difference between the Gross salary and the In-hand salary, the calculations for the same are reflected on your REET Salary Slip. After completing the REET recruitment process, there will be a two-year probation period for the selected candidates. As a 3rd Grade teacher, you will get only the basic salary during this period. There are two levels of teachers, namely, Level I and Level II in the post of 3rd Grade teachers of REET.
Details Regarding vacancies will be provided in REET notification 2022. As per the previous REET 2021 recruitment, 31000 vacancies were available for which candidates need to qualify REET written test and interview.
After deducting several amounts for PF, Pension, and others, the net amount is known as the In-hand Salary. However, as per the latest notification of REET, only the expected Basic Pay is notified. So, the In-hand salary is not yet known to us.
