IITTM Admission Criteria 2021

MBA in Travel and Tourism:

The CAT/ MAT/ IIAT/ ATMA test results are used to determine admission to IITTM's MBA program. A valid GMAT score is required for international students. The results of the national entrance test are used to determine admission to other IITTM programs.

IITTM MBA Admission Procedure: 

  • Those interested in applying for IITTM must do so online.
  • The CAT score and the PI-WAT round are used to determine admission to the MBA program.
  • A cut-off score is announced, and students who pass the exam are invited to the second round of admissions.
  • For the admissions procedure, international candidates must maintain important papers such as their SOP on hand.

Eligibility Criteria for IITTM MBA Admission:

  • CAT for Indian students and GMAT and GRE for international students.
  • Bachelor's degree from any discipline from a recognized board or university (Minimum 50% aggregate).
  • The minimum percentage is 45% for students from SC/ST categories.
  • Though some courses do not require it, having work experience has always been given preference.

The IIAT test results are used to determine admission to IITTM's BBA program. The results of the national entrance test are used to determine admission to other IITTM programs

IITTM's academic program is built on a globally recognized management education paradigm. IITTM provides a diverse range of training disciplines for a variety of stakeholders, as well as a customized tourism business management curriculum.

The cost of a program at IITTM or IITTM MBA fees or IITTM BBA fees is determined by the type of program. Individuals who are PwD, OBC, SC, or ST are entitled to numerous exemptions. IITTM Fee Details 2021

IITTM offers a three-year BBA (Tourism) program with 240 seats and a two-year MBA (Tourism) program with 600 seats in six specialities. Admission to IITTM varies by subject and by college branch across the country. 

IITTM students are eligible to apply for government scholarships, which are awarded by several departments to students in various divisions. Around 150 students get these awards each academic year.

In addition to these prizes, IITTM offers a Freeship to one male and one female student from each program for the semester in which they achieve the highest grade. Every year, the amount of the Freeship will be distributed to the students in each program.
