1. Word: Inevitable (अनिवार्य)

  • Pronunciation: in-ev-i-tuh-buh l/ इनेविटबल
  • Part of Speech: Adjective, Noun
  • Meaning:
    a. certain to happen; unavoidable. [Adjective]
    b. a situation that is unavoidable. [Noun]
  • Synonyms: unavoidable, necessary, ineluctable
  • Antonyms: avoidable, preventable, evitable
  • Usage in a sentence: Accidents are the inevitable result of driving too fast.

2. Word: Inchoate (प्रारंभिक)

  • Pronunciation: in-koh-it/इन्कोइट
  • Part of Speech: Adjective
  • Meaning: just begun and so not fully formed or developed; rudimentary.
  • Synonyms: undeveloped, nascent, initial
  • Antonyms: developed, experienced
  • Use in a Sentence: Problems in criminal law often start with an inchoate crime - conspiracy, attempt or incitement.

 3. Word: Juxtapose (तुलना करना)

  • Pronunciation: juhk-stuh-pohz/ जक्स्टपोज़
  • Part of Speech: Verb
  • Meaning:
    a. to place close together or side by side, especially for comparison or contrast.
  • Synonyms: compare, collocate, weigh
  • Antonyms: divergence, remoteness, gap
  • Usage in a sentence: The painter juxtaposed strong colors to create a sublime effect.

4. Word: Clout (पराक्रम)

  • Pronunciation: klout/ क्लाउट
  • Part of Speech: Noun, Verb
  • Meaning: 
    a. influence or power, especially in politics or business. [Noun]
    b. hit hard [Verb]
  • Synonyms: authority, control, punch
  • Antonyms: weakness, failure
  • Usage in a Sentence: My mother carries a lot of clout in her opinion.

5. Word: Overwhelm (पराजित करना)

  • Pronunciation: oh-ver-hwelm/ओवर्ह्वेल्म
  • Part of Speech: Verb
  • Meaning:

       a. have a strong emotional effect on.

      b. be too strong for; overpower.

  • Synonyms: conquer, inundate
  • Antonyms: inspire, amplify
  • Use in a Sentence: After teacher's lecture, the students began to overwhelm her with questions.

6. Word: Vogue (ख़्याति)

  • Pronunciation: vohg/वोग
  • Part of Speech: Noun
  • Meaning:
    a. a fashion or general liking, especially one that is temporary
    b. popular currency, acceptance, or favor; popularity
  • Synonyms: fashion, style, rage, craze
  • Antonyms: tawdry, old-fashioned, unpopular 
  • Usage in a sentence: The short hemline is very much in vogue (= fashionable) this spring.

7. Word: Lone (एकाकी)

  • Pronunciation: lohn/लोन
  • Part of Speech: Adjective
  • Meaning: 
    a. having no companions; solitary or single.
    b. (of a place) unfrequented and remote.
  • Synonyms: solitary, solo, unaccompanied
  • Antonyms: accompanied, social
  • Use in a Sentence: She was shot by a lone gunman.

8. WordFiddle (जालसाज़ी, हेरा-फेरी करना)

  • Pronunciationfid-l/फिडल
  • Part of Speech: Noun, Verb
  • Meaning: 
        a. an act of defrauding, cheating, or falsifying. [Noun]
        b. falsify (figures, data, or records), typically in order to gain money. [Verb]
  • Synonyms: swindle, meddle, cheat
  • Antonyms: wisdom, rationality
  • Use in a Sentence: Why did you let his fiddle about with the remote control?

9. Word: Frenetic (अतिउत्तेजित)

  • Pronunciation: fruh-net-ik/फ्रनेटिक
  • Part of Speech: Adjective
  • Meaning: 
    a. involving a lot of excited movement or activity
  • Synonyms: delirious, ferocious, feverish, fierce, frantic, frenzied, furious, mad, rabid, violent, wild
  • Antonyms: relaxed, calm, peaceful, quiet
  • Usage in a sentence: After weeks of frenetic activity, the job was finally finished.

10. WordFrenzied (उन्मुक्त)

  • Pronunciation: fren-zeed/फ्रेन्ज़ीड
  • Part of Speech: Adjective
  • Meaning: wildly excited or uncontrolled.
  • Synonyms: furious, violent, insane
  • Antonyms: calm, peaceful, tranquil
  • Use in a Sentence: The man was hit to death in a frenzied attack.
