1. Word: Manoeuvre (चतुराई से साथ प्रबंध करना)
- Pronunciation: muh-noo-ver/मनोयुवर
- Part of Speech: Noun, Verb
- Meaning:
a. a movement or set of movements needing skill and care (Noun)
b. a planned and controlled movement or operation by the armed forces for training purposes and in war (Noun)
c. a cleverly planned action that is intended to get an advantage (Noun)
d. to turn and direct an object (Verb)
e. to try to make someone act in a particular way (Verb) - Synonyms: manipulate, plot, artifice

2. Word: Grapple (हाथापाई करना)
- Pronunciation: grap-uhl/ग्रैपल
- Part of Speech: Verb, Noun
- Meaning:
a. to fight, especially in order to win something (Verb)
b. to hold someone while fighting with him or her (Verb)
c. a hook or an iron instrument by which one thing, as a ship, fastens onto another (Noun) - Synonyms: struggle, wrestle, contend, fight
- Antonyms: release, let go, lose, support
- Usage in a sentence: The children grappled for the ball.
3. Word: Ally (संधि करना/मित्र राष्ट्र)
- Pronunciation: uh-lahy/ऐली
- Part of Speech: Noun, Verb
- Meaning:
a. to unite formally, as by treaty, league, marriage, or the like (Verb)
b. to associate or connect by some mutual relationship, as resemblance or friendship
c. a country that has agreed officially to give help and support to another one, especially during a war (Noun)
d. (Biology) a plant, animal, or other organism bearing an evolutionary relationship to another, often as a member of the same family (Noun) - Synonyms: associate, friend, confederate

4. Word: Assert (द्दढ़तापूर्वक करना)
- Pronunciation: uh-surt/असर्ट
- Part of Speech: Verb
- Meaning:
a. to behave in a way that expresses your confidence, importance, or power and earns you respect from others
b. to say that something is certainly true
c. to do something to show that you have power
d. to maintain or defend - Synonyms: Affirm, declare, claim, state, maintain
- Antonyms: deny, reject, abandon
- Usage in a sentence: I really must assert myself more in meetings.

5. Phrase: Chart out (योजना तैयार करना)
- Pronunciation: chahrt-out/चार्ट आउट
- Meaning:
a. to establish a plan, method, or course for something - Synonyms: define, identify, outline
- Antonyms: confuse, chaos
- Usage in a sentence: Mom and dad are still charting out a course for our road trip.
6. Word: Belligerence (युद्धस्थिति)
- Pronunciation: buh-lij-er-uhns/बलिजरन्स
- Part of Speech: Noun
- Meaning:
a. a warlike or aggressively hostile nature, condition, or attitude
b. an act of carrying on war; warfare - Synonyms: pugnacity, aggressiveness, militancy
- Antonyms: favour, amiable behaviour, mutual understanding
- Usage in a sentence: Filled with belligerence, the angry drunk started bar fights every time he had too much booze.
7. Word: Pose (व्यग्र करना)
- Pronunciation: pohz/पोज़
- Part of Speech: Verb, Noun
- Meaning:
a. to assume a particular attitude or stance, especially with the hope of impressing others (Verb)
b. to present oneself insincerely (Verb)
c. to assert, state, or put forward (Verb)
d. a mental attitude or posture (Noun) - Synonyms: bewilder, perplex, gravel
- Antonyms: move, explain, make clear
- Usage in a sentence: She likes to appear as if she knows all about the latest films and art exhibitions, but it's all a pose.
8. Word: Envoy (उपराजदूत)
- Pronunciation: en-voi/आन्वॉइ
- Part of Speech: Noun
- Meaning:
a. a diplomatic agent
b. any accredited messenger or representative - Synonyms: emissary, delegate, legate
- Antonyms: receiver, foreword, exordium
- Usage in a sentence: Performances on a grand scale were arranged for the envoys.
9. Word: Contend (संघर्ष करना)
- Pronunciation: kuhn-tend/कन्टेन्ड
- Part of Speech:

a. to strive in debate; dispute earnestly
b. to strive in rivalry; compete; vie
c. to struggle in opposition
d. to assert or maintain earnestly - Synonyms: argue, assert, struggle

10. Word: Maritime (समुद्रतटीय)
- Pronunciation: mar-i-tahym/मैरीटाइम
- Part of Speech: Adjective
- Meaning:
a. associated with the sea or waterways to the sea in relation to navigation, shipping, etc.
b. of or relating to the sea or waterways to the sea
c. bordering on the sea
d. living near or in the sea
e. characteristic of a sailor; nautical - Usage in a sentence: Maritime commerce accounts for trillions of dollars in annual U.S. economic activity.
