The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced), 2018 will be conducted by IIT Kanpur and two sdditional mock test has been released by the Institute to get the student accustomed to the examination pattern. The entire JEE Advanced process will be conducted on Sunday, May 20, 2018. JEE Advanced examination will be conducted to admit students to one of the 23 Indian Institutes of Technology in various B.Tech, M.Tech, Dual Degree and other courses. The examination will be conducted in a computer-based mode and the aspirants will need to answer the questions with the help of mouse and keyboard. The purpose of the test provided by IIT Kanpur is to familiarize the candidates with the Computer Based Test (CBT) environment of the JEE (Advanced). The mock test has got 9 sections, 3 for each subject, namely Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. It is important to note that the pattern is not the final pattern or the pattern that will appear in the examination. The final paper of JEE Advanced may/will be different to some extent, compared to the test posted on the JEE Advanced Website.
The Mock Test examination interface uploaded on the JEE Advanced website is exactly same the interface available on our website. The test interface has the similar outlook as well as the placement of options as compared to the tests available on the gradeup website, which will help the candidate to familiarize themselves and attempt the test comfortable on May 20th, next year.
The Mock Test has questions from the previous years' paper and even the marking scheme may vary in the final JEE Advanced examination which is due on 20th May 2018. IIT Kanpur has already released the sample computer-based test (CBT) for JEE (Advanced). To ease the process further, they have also released a sample help video for CBT in Hindi as well as English.
