CLAT Counselling 2022 Highlights
In order to seal their allotted seats and attend counselling, the shortlisted candidates will be required to pay a Counseling fee of INR 30,000. Failure in payment of counselling fee will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat to the selected candidate.
In many undergraduate law entrance examinations like SLAT, the pen-paper entrance test is followed by a Group discussion (GD) or a Personal Interview (PI) round. However, the admission procedure in CLAT 2022 doesn’t include any GD or PI round, and the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their secured rank in the CLAT entrance examination which was conducted in offline mode.
After successful conduction of examination and declaration of Merit List, the shortlisted candidates are called for counselling. After attending counselling and payment of counselling fee and other dues within the requisite time slots and presenting required Documents (12th Marksheet, age proof, address proof, etc.) before the concerned NLU’s administrative authorities the admission is successfully finalized and the candidate officially becomes the student of that respective NLU.
