Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences Admission Test (BITSAT) 2016 started from 14th May 2016. The pre final slot for the Online Examination was successfully conducted from 19th May 2016 to 28th May 2016 in which nearly 1.8 lac students appeared for the online test.

BITS Pilani is the most prior choice for students appearing in BITSAT. As the cut off for all the branches is mainly above 300( for General category). Students who have scored above 310 in BITSAT 2016 can have a chance to get any Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) program in BITS Pilani.
BITS Goa and BITS Hyderabad are also considered to be in the list of top 100 colleges of India. These BITSAT institutes are mainly filled in the remaining iteration of the counselling. The branches and other Dyal degree programmes are considered to be good for entering in to the research field.

Note: Candidates are hereby informed that they should attend all the iterations of BITSAT 2016 counselling because there is always very high probability to get a desired program, as many candidates get shuffled into some other Engineering colleges through exams like JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
