OTET Syllabus 2022 is declared by the Odisha Board of Secondary Education (BSE). Candidates can check the detailed syllabus with the official notification. OTET Exam Pattern 2022

It is also essential to check the detailed OTET exam pattern along with the syllabus for right exam preparation. The Odisha Teachers Eligibility Test is divided into two papers. Paper 1 is for the recruitment of candidates in classes 1st to 5th and paper 2 is for the recruitment of candidates as teachers in classes 6th to 8th.   1. Questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) with four options each.
  2. Each question will be one mark. 
  3. OTET consists of two paper viz- Paper 1 and Paper 2.
  4. Duration of the OTET will be of 2½ hours.
  5. There shall be no negative marking.

OTET Paper 1 exam pattern consists of five subjects i.e. Child Development & Pedagogy, Language-I, Odia/ Urdu/ Hindi/ Telugu/ Bengali, Language-II (English), Mathematics, and Environment Studies. Paper 1 is 150 marks and includes 150 questions.
