CTET Admit Card 2021

Central Board of Secondary Education has released the CTET Admit card 2021. The links for the CTET admit card is available on https://ctet.nic.in/ and candidates can download Central teacher eligibility test hall ticket from the links. As per the CTET 2020-21 exam date new updates, the CTET exam date 2020-21 is now finalised for 31st January 2021. Candidates need to enter their CTET login details to download their CTET Admit Card. Candidates will be required to wear a face mask on the day of the CTET exam at all times and maintain social distancing.

Please note that the self-declaration form would be absolutely essential on the day of examination.

CTET Exam 2021 was to be held in July 2021 but was postponed due to the pandemic issues in the country. This led to the delay in the release of the CTET Admit card. All the Eligible Candidates, who had enrolled for the CTET Examination, they can download their Admit Card from the official website and appear for the examination at the given Centre once it is out.

CTET 2020 Self-Declaration Form Complete Details

CTET 2021 Self – declaration form is a part of the form which is printed on the first page of CTET admit card. It is an undertaking which every candidate must sign which forms informs you that you have NOT been identified as a potential carrier of the COVID-19 virus applicable.

What does CTET Self-Declaration form contain?

This year, along with their admit card, passport size photograph and Valid Id proof candidates will have to carry a self-declaration regarding their Corona free health status. It asks the following questions that the candidates must answer and sign on:

  • Some symptoms, which are listed below:
  1. Cough
  2. Fever
  3. Cold/Runny Nose
  4. Breathing Problem
  • Candidate Name
  • Roll No
  • Date of Exam
  • Exam Centre Name & Address
  • Signature of candidate

How to Fill CTET 2020 Self- Declaration Form:

  • Visit the official website of CTET i.e., ctet.nic.in.
  • Click on the given CTET admit card link
  • Enter your registration number and date of birth.
  • After entering detail click to submit button.
  • You will get the self-declaration form along with the admit card.
  • Take a print of the admit card.
  • Fill the necessary details which are mention above.

Documents to Carry along with CTET 2020 Admit card:

CTET 2021 admit card is the important certificate to attend the examination, you will not be entered to attend the examination without an admit card. Candidates must also need to carry all the necessary items in the transparent polybag. These items are:

  • Downloaded Admit Card
  • One Passport Size Photo
  • An original and valid ID proof (Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter Id Card)
  • Ball Point Pen (Blue/Black)
  • Sanitiser Transparent bottle (50ml)
  • Transparent Water Bottle (500ml)

Important points to remember for CTET 2020 Admit card:

  1. Candidate report at the examination centre after 9:30 AM shall not be allowed to take a seat in Paper-I and candidate report after 2:00 PM shall not be allowed to take a seat in Paper-II.
  2. The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.
  3. The candidate must show, the Admit Card downloaded from CTET official website for admission within the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess the valid Admit Card shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.
  4. A seat indicating roll number is going to be allocated to every candidate. Candidates should find and occupy their allocated seat only.
  5. Candidate must make sure that their Photograph and Signature is correctly mentioned on the admit card.
  6. Candidates must wear a mask and practice social distancing norms during the CTET exam.
  7. Candidates must have Arogya Setu App on their Mobile Phones.

List of Barred items which are not allowed in the CTET Examination Centre:

  • Books, notes, Bits of papers, Geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, pencil, scale, log table, message pad, eraser, cardboard.
  • Electronic devices such as a wristwatch, mobile phones, earphones/headphones, microphones, Bluetooth, pen drives, cameras.
  • Pager, Calculator, Debit/Credit Card, Electronic Pen/Scanners
  • Water Bottle, Food and Beverage (Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic).

CTET Admit Card 2020-21 Latest Update

CBSE has increased the number of exam cities to 135 in order to maintain social distance. The new CTET exam cities are Lakhimpur, Nagaon, Begusarai, Gopalganj, Purnia, Rohtas, Saharsa, Saran, Bhilai/ Durg, Bilaspur, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Ludhiana, Ambedkar Nagar, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Deoria, Gonda, Mainpuri, Pratapgarh, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur and Udham Singh Nagar.

"Every effort will be made to accommodate candidates in the cities opted by them but if the situation arises, they can be allotted any city other than the four cities opted by them," CBSE has said.

CTET stands for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). We have also provided the process to download the admit card successfully. CTET consists of two papers: Paper I and Paper II. Paper-I is for the candidates eligible to teach Classes I to V those have completed diploma- JBT, DIET, D.EL.ED and Paper-II are for those who are eligible to teach Classes VI to VIII and have completed Graduation, Post Graduation and B.Ed.

How to set name and password for CTET 2020-21?

Password Policy will be as follows:
       1. Password must be 8 to 13 characters long.
       2. Password must have at least one Upper case, one lower case alphabet and one numeric value and at least one special characters!@#$%^&*-
       3. Candidate can change the passwords after login if desired. New Password cannot be identical to any of the previous three passwords.

Please Note: 

  • The candidate is advised not to disclose or share the password with anybody. Neither CTET nor NIC will be responsible for violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.
  • Candidate should log out at the end of their session so that the contents of the application cannot be tampered by unauthorized persons

How to re-generate exam name application number/password?

To re-generate CTET Password there are two options - Through OTP and Through Security Question. Check out the steps given below in case you lose your CTET password:

  • Visit https://ctet.nic.in/webinfo/Public/Home.aspx
  • Click on the link CTET - 2020 - Reset Your Password
  • Please Enter the CTET Application Number, Name & Date of Birth
  • Two options will be mentioned about - Through OTP/ Through Security Question
  • You can choose any of the above options to reset the Neet password.
  • After proceeding with any of the options mentioned above, you can retrieve your password.
  • Make sure you save your password this time.

Documents to carry along with CTET admit card 2020-21

1. 3 coloured copies of admit card.

2. The candidates must bring their own ballpoint pen (Black/Blue) of good quality as this time PEN will not be supplied by the Board.

3. One identity proof document i.e.:- Adhar card, Voter ID card and Pan card.

4. Carry 3 copy of passport size photo same mentioned in the Call Letter.

Important Details on CTET Admit Card 2021

Candidates should keep in mind certain points regarding the CTET Admit Card 2020-21. Its is mandatory to carry CTET Admit Card 2021 on the exam day as no candidate will be allowed to sit for the exam without the CTET Admit Card. Candidates can find all the necessary instructions related to the CTET exam on the CTET Admit Card which is required to be followed by all the candidates. In addition to this, there is other important  information which is given in the CTET Admit Card which includes:

Important Points to remember for CTET admit card

1. The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre 90 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidate report at the examination centre after 9:30 AM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-I and candidate report after 2:00 PM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper-II.

2. The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.

3. The candidate must show, the Admit Card downloaded from CTET official website for admission in the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess the valid Admit Card shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.

5. Candidate must ensure that their Photograph and Signature is properly mentioned on the admit card.

6. Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items inside the centres:-

  1. Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/scanner, Cardboard etc.
  2. Any communication devices like Mobile phones, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health band etc.
  3. Any Watch/Wristwatch, Camera, wallet, goggles, handbags Golden ornaments etc.
  4. Any other item which could be used for unfair means and for hiding communication devices/gadgets like Camera, Bluetooth device etc.

Please Note:

1. In case of any discrepancy noticed in a call letter regarding particulars of candidate, photograph and signature or any other information vary from the confirmation page, he/she may immediately contact CTET unit for necessary corrections.

2. In case confirmation page is not generated after depositing the requisite fees, the candidate should approach the Deputy Secretary (CTET), CTET Unit PS-I & II, Institutional Area, I.P. Extension, Patparganj, Delhi-110092, CBSE between 10:00 Hrs. to 17:00 Hrs. along with proof of payment of fee i.e. candidate copy of E-Challan, if payment made through E-Challan for considering his/her candidature for CTET 2020 examination.
