XIMB Placement & Packages 2022: Process, Lowest, Highest Packages

Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB) is one of India's best business schools. The XIMB Placements has a strong track history of successful placements. XIMB Average Package stood at INR.17.54 LPA, and XIMB Highest Package stood at INR 32.21 LPA. The Final Placements saw 355 students take part in the XIMB Placement Process 2022. This year XIMB has recorded 100 per cent placements once again for its 34th batch. A total of 64 recruiters participated in XIMB Placements 2022, with a total of 15 new recruiters.

Many companies participate in the XIMB Placement Process every year to hire qualified students, and XIMB adopts an exclusively planned placement method. A step-by-step overview of the XIMB Placement Process 2022 can be found below.

• Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs): Companies utilise this time to explain to the students about the job opportunity offered, the roles and responsibilities involved and the salary package details. Students use this time to understand the job role offered and decide whether they want to apply for the job or not. 
• Applying with Curriculum Vitae: All interested students are now required to apply with their respective CVs and Resumes as per the company guidelines.
• Interviews: Students that are shortlisted on the basis of their applications are required to appear for subsequent selection process round, i.e. interview round. Company representatives shall undertake a thorough interview to understand and judge the candidate's suitability for the job role. 
• Job Offers: Selected students are given the job offers they must accept or reject within a stipulated time period. 

Consulting firms gave 41% of candidates employment during XIMB Final Placements 2022. Marketing, Systems and BFSI constituted 14%, 18% and 18% of the offers made at XIMB Placements 2022, respectively. The table below shows the XIMB Placement Trends for your quick reference.
