IIM Nagpur Placements 2021:

Indian Institute of Management Nagpur has seen great improvement and a hike in the placement trends each year. Even this year, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the institute managed to grab effective and improved placement statistics with an increase in the average and median CTC offered. 41 first-time recruiters participated in the placement drive of 2021, wherein the Highest CTC was Rs. 19.20 LPA, the Average CTC was Rs. 13.21 LPA, and the Median CTC was Rs. 13 LPA.

More than 60% of the students were placed in the consulting and IT sector and in summer placements – the highest Stipend was Rs 2.5 Lakhs, and the Average Stipend was Rs. 62K.

Some of the top recruiters who participated in the placement drive were SalesForce, Bain & Company, Deloitte, Xiaomi, etc.

• Consulting was the top recruiting sector, with 31.9% of the students being offered job roles in this sector
• 41 first-time recruiters made offers in the IIM Nagpur final placements drive this year

•  The average stipend (overall) and the average stipend of top 50% students increased by 14.79%  and 28.66%, respectively, this year
• The median stipend dropped from Rs 50,000 to Rs 40,000 in 2021
• Over 100 recruiters participated during the summer placement drive this year
• BFSI was the top recruiting sector, with 15.18% of students opting for summer internship roles in this sector
• Marketing and Sales emerged as the most popular job profile among the students
