IIM Nagpur MBA Online Admission can be done by interested candidates just by filling an online form of the website of the institute specifying the course they are interested in and submitted the required documents.
The IIM Nagpur MBA Selection Criteria is conducted in 3 phases wherein the aspirant’s academic performance, CAT score, work experience, and performance in Personal Interview/Case Study and WAT will be considered.
Let us look at the detailed IIM Nagpur admission procedure:
Phase 1:
The candidate must be eligible as per the given cut-off percentile for different categories in the CAT exam:

Phase 2:
Candidates will receive an email from IIM Nagpur, after which they will move to the next round of screening.
They must fill in their basic, academic, and personal details, his past academic records, work experience, and diversity on the online link, on which the shortlisting will be done.
For Indian Candidates - Academic performance scoring is done on the following grounds

For Foreign candidates - Academic performance scoring is done on the following grounds

For work experience, scoring is done on the following grounds:
- Less than six months - score is 0,
- Between 6 - 18 months - score is 4,
- Between 18 - 24 months - score is 6,
- Between 24 - 30 months - score is 8,
- Between 30 - 36 months - score is 10,
- More than 36 months - score is 4.
A diversity score is allotted based on the candidate’s gender, and bachelor’s degree:
- Male, then the score is 0,
- Female, then the score is 5,
- Transgender, then the score is 5
- For a bachelor’s degree, candidates with a Non-Engineering subject get a score of 5.
- A comprehensive score (CS) is calculated using work experience score, academic score, and diversity score.
For Indian Candidates
C S = 0.30 * (CAT Score) + 0.35*(Academic Score) + 0.2* (Work Experience Score) + 0.15*(Gender diversity Score)
For Foreign Candidates
C S = 0.30 * (GMAT Score) + 0.35*(Academic Score) + 0.2* (Work Experience Score) + 0.15*(Gender Diversity Score)
Based on the calculated comprehensive score (CS), aspirants will be shortlisted and will get an email confirmation from IIM Nagpur for the online application.
Phase 3:
The shortlisted candidates must give a Written ability test and Personal interview
The final score will be calculated as under:
Final Score = 0.35* (PI Score) + 0.05*(WAT Score) + 0.20* (CAT Score) + 0.20 * (Academic Score) + 0.20 * (Work Experience Score)
The selected students at this phase will receive provisional admission intimation by email, and they will have to pay an acceptance fee of Rs 50,000, including the registration amount of Rs 1000. (the remaining amount shall be adjusted in the fee).
