IIM Kozhikode Admission 2022: Eligibility, Cut Off, Selection, Online Form, Score Accepted

Many of the top MBA institutes have started inviting applications based on CAT scores. So if you are an MBA aspirant - specifically with a 99 percentile - this is the right time for you to select the right institute for MBA admission.

IIM Kozhikode Admission 2022:

1. Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will be required to complete the pre-interview registration process
2. Registered candidates will be evaluated on the basis of the admission criteria of IIM Kozhikode and shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview 
3. The shortlist will be released by the institute in the last week of January 2022 
4. After completion of the Personal Interview process, the merit list will be generated on the basis of scores calculated as per the final selection criteria 
5. The results are going to be declared during the last week of April 2022 and admission offers will be extended to the selected students

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 60% 
• 50% of minimum aggregate in CA/ICWA/CS (in case of absence of a duly recognised Bachelor’s degree)
• Candidates must have a positive raw score across sections in CAT 2021 
• The minimum eligibility criteria require an overall CAT score percentile of 85 (NC-OBC/EWS - 75, SC - 65, ST/PwD - 55)
• CAT sectional percentile minimum cut off at 75 (NC-OBC/EWS - 65, SC - 55, ST/PwD - 45)
• Class X and XII marks require a minimum 60% (SC/ST/PwD - 55) 
• Work experience is worth 5% of the total score in the shortlisting process.
• Gender/Academic Diversity will receive a 10% weightage in the shortlisting process.
• In shortlisting applicants, the CAT 2021 score will be given 45 percent of the weight.
• In the final stage of selection, there is no essay writing (WAT) component.
• The PI round will be given a 44 percent weightage in the final decision.
• In the final selection, the weight given to 'Resume' was increased to 12 percent.
• In preparing the final merit list, 44 percent of the weight is given to the CAT 2021 score.

Candidates must carefully fill out the MBA admission requirements, as no changes will be allowed after the registration procedure is completed.

The following are some examples of disabilities:

• Low eyesight and blindness
• Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals
• Victims of acid attacks and those with locomotor disabilities
• Intellectual disability, particular learning impairment, autism, mental illness, and multiple disabilities are all intellectual disabilities.

The admission procedure at IIM Kozhikode includes the following steps:

Step 1: To be considered for admission to IIM Kozhikode, the candidate must have taken the CAT 2021 and obtained the requisite sectional and overall percentiles, along with a minimum academic score.

Step 2:  Candidates who have opted to apply to IIM Kozhikode while filling out the CAT 2021 Application and meet the eligibility criteria will be further considered for evaluation.

Step 3: The shortlist is generated on the basis of Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The score is computed on the basis of several parameters and the weightage for the same has been provided below:

IIM Kozhikode Admission 2022-24 - Admission fees

After accepting the final admission offer, candidates must pay an installment of the acceptance fee, adjusted in the first installment.

The IIM Kozhikode course fee includes access to lectures, lodging facilities, and computing facilities.
